newsletter that highlights events, updates, and resources.

2018 Fall Affiliate Regional Convenings

September 25 & 26 – Tampa, FL

October 18 & 19 – Texas (Exact location TBD)

To maximize learning and connecting, the 2018 fall convenings will be open to Affiliates from all regions

The convening provides you the opportunity to connect with fellow Affiliates from across the country for important discussions and exchanges. Additional event details and hotel information coming soon.

While Affiliates are responsible for the cost of travel, there are a limited number of $500 travel stipends to be made available to offset the cost of travel and lodging. If you are interested in applying for a stipend, please read further details and indicate interest in registration form. 
 Campaign for Equal Opportunities

UnidosUS Affiliation Application is open - Deadline is November 16, 2018

UnidosUS Affiliation application is currently open! We would like you to share with partners that you believe would be interested in Affiliation with UnidosUS. The Affiliate Engagement team has created an  “Affiliation Eligibility Wizard” for you to share with organizations to determine if they are eligible for Affiliation. The next application deadline is Friday November 16th, 2018.

Co-branding Survey is still open!

We encourage you to join us in lifting a unified voice for the Latino community by engaging in our co-branding efforts. The following questionnaire will help us evaluate where the UnidosUS Affiliate network is at meeting the goals we shared last fall. 

You can add the UnidosUS logo to your website, mention UnidosUS as a partner, describe that you are an UnidosUS Affiliate in your “About Us” section, follow UnidosUS on social media. Please join us in lifting a unified voice for our community. Download the logo today. You can also purchase an UnidosUS reception sign at our Affiliate portal.

 UnidosUS President and CEO Janet Murguía met with college students at Centro Hispano Daniel Torres, a UnidosUS Affiliate in Reading, Pennsylvania. At right is Michael Toledo, Executive Director of the organization and a UnidosUS Board member.

To better represent and advocate for youth across the country, Janet Murguía attended a roundatble discussing with college students at Centro Hispano Daniel Torres, a UnidosUS Affiliate in reading, Pennsylcania that works to improve the quality of life for the local Latino Community. Dicussion ranged from Civic Engagement, Immigration, Education, and Identity.
